Membership

Membership of the Fyrklövern Club is free of charge and is only issued to individuals aged over 18. You can cancel your membership at any time. By becoming a member of the Fyrklövern Club, you accept these terms and conditions. Fyrklövern Club is owned and managed by Fyrklövern AB, corp. ID no. 556187-0626.

Unique Plate Warranty – for your peace of mind and sustainability

We believe that beautiful porcelain deserves to be used every day. Through our unique Plate Warranty, we aim to contribute to more sustainable consumption by extending the life of your dinnerware. As a member, the warranty is included for 2 years from the date of purchase. If an accident occurs and a plate or bowl breaks, we will replace it with a new one. You can confidently supplement your dinnerware year after year, as long as the product is part of our ordinary range.

Personal Member Offers

We want to help you fill your home with memorable moments and broaden your table setting experience. By logging into "My Pages," you gain access to personal member offers and discounts on products and pieces in your dinnerware, allowing you to add that little extra touch to your everyday life.

Bonus on all purchases

Every pound/euro you spend with us brings you closer to the next piece for your table. You earn points on all purchases. When you reach 2,000 points, you are rewarded with a £5/€5 bonus voucher.

Bonus points are valid for 24 months after purchase, and the bonus voucher is valid for 6 months. You activate the bonus voucher at the checkout to receive a discount on your purchase. All bonus vouchers are personal, can only be used on one purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Upon returning an order paid for with a bonus voucher, the used voucher is not refunded.

Right now, you also receive 1,000 points as a welcome bonus when you become a member and create your account!

Early access to seasonal sales

As a member, you receive early access to our major seasonal sales. This allows you to secure your favorites at our most favorable prices before they sell out.

Order History

As a member, you have the advantage of easily keeping track of your order history for all your purchases. By logging into "My Pages," you can smoothly see an overview of previous orders.

Personal data

As a consequence of your membership of the Fyrklövern Club, Fyrklövern processes personal data about you.

As a member and customer, you authorise us to process your personal data. Fyrklövern AB, Corporate Identity Number  556187-0626, Ångbåtsbron 1 (Visiting address), 201 80 Malmö, is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data you provide to us. We treat personal data in order to be able to maintain a relationship with you, including to be able to deliver goods and to be able to pay for them. Change of terms and conditions

Fyrklövern may change fees and other conditions. As a member, you will be notified, via our website, of any changes at least one (1) month before they take effect. However, if we make any significant changes to the way we process personal data, we will first provide you with information about this.

Validity period

The agreement on membership of Fyrklövern Club is valid until further notice or until one of the parties cancels it. Fyrklövern reserves the right to terminate your membership in the event of abuse. If you want to cancel your membership, you can contact Fyrklövern customer service.
