We believe that beautiful porcelain deserves to be used every day. That’s why we provide you with peace of mind.

As a member of the Fyrklövern Club, our unique Plate Guarantee is included, valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If an accident happens and a plate breaks, we will replace it with a new one. You have the opportunity to supplement your dinnerware year after year, as long as the product is part of our ordinary range.

How does it work?

1. Become a member: The guarantee is automatically activated for all members of the Fyrklövern Club.
2. Shop as usual: Every time you purchase dinner plates, soup plates, side plates, or breakfast and dessert bowls using your registered email address, you are covered by the guarantee. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, we will replace your product with a new one, provided the product is part of our ordinary range.
3. If an accident happens – Here’s what to do: Send an email to our customer service with the following information:

• Date of purchase and order number.
• The email address registered to your membership.
• A clear photo of the broken product.

Which products are covered?
The guarantee applies to all dinner plates, soup plates, side plates, and breakfast and dessert bowls that you, as a member, have purchased from Fyrklövern within the last 2 years, provided the product is part of our ordinary range.

What does it cost to use the guarantee?
The plate itself is free of charge. An administrative fee for shipping and handling may apply when sending out the replacement product.

How long is the guarantee valid?
The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as you are a member of the Fyrklövern Club and the product is part of our ordinary range.

Terms & Conditions

• Membership: Only applies to members of the Fyrklövern Club.
• Validity Period: The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date you purchased the product.
• Product Range: Applies to dinner plates, soup plates, side plates, and breakfast and dessert bowls in our ordinary range. Does not include products purchased in our outlet.
• Limitation: The guarantee can be used once per plate/bowl, up to the total number you originally purchased.
• Replacement: The guarantee covers the exchange of the item only; no cash refunds are permitted.
• Usage: Valid exclusively for purchases made by private individuals for private use. Purchases and usage for business purposes are not covered.
• In case of a broken product: To use the guarantee, the customer sends an email to customer service with the order number, purchase date, registered email address, and a photo of the damaged product.
